Akinika TV License Debt...

Hi guys,
I fell behind on my TV License DD's as I didn't realise they weren't going out.
Anyways long story short I am around £50 in debt and I have just set up a payment plan with Akinika to pay it off over 3 months... do I have to buy another TV license during this time and am I still covered?
Thanks!

Akinika are a debt collection agency. They are not responsible for a current TV license.
As far as I am aware this will mean you having to pay for an up-to-date TV license. See methods to pay in the link below:

Sounds like it would be a good idea to check your bank statements a little more regularly as well in order to catch anything like this. You may also have a claim under the DD guarantee scheme if it was your bank's error.🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡
