Offer of Loan

help...
I have my offer of loan from my bank for my mortgage and i am due to move into my new house on the 2nd august,
i would like to order my sofa so that i would get it the first few weeks of been in the house but would have to do this on a barclays personal loan with next.
since getting the offer of loan my self and partner have had payrise's that would cover the loan repayments of the furniture and more,
would i be taking a gamble on my mortgage falling through if we took out this finance ?
we are also doing the help to but 20% loan

In your place, I would not take out any new credit until completion.
This is not to say that a new loan will definitely affect your mortgage, but these things aren't easy to predict.help...
