Mortgage with dmp

Hi folks
I am wanting to move house and clear my DMP. I have been on it for 10 years and have not missed a payment. Is there anyone here who has successfully arranged a mortgage while on a DMP. Who did you arrange it with? And is the interest rate very high?
Thanks

With it running for 10 years and being cleared, it can be done.
Rate wise it will depend on the LTV but you could be looking at normal rates (2%ish) up to around 4.5%, but like anything the devil is in the detail.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
