I won a competition about 10 days ago, got the message through asking for my address, but haven't receive anything, how long would you leave it to send a gentle email saying you haven't received it?
Thank you
Thank you

Brilliant, thank you, its my first time winning so was unsure of the etiquette0

Depends on the T&Cs of the particular competition - The CAP code saysif more than 30 days after the closing date, the date by which prizewinners will receive their prizes0

I usually wait 28 days. Just this morning I sent a gentle nudge about a prize. The answer was oops, sorry, we forgot to send it. We'll do it today.0

28 days unless it states otherwise. I'm just about to send a polite reminder to Fabulous Magazine about a prize I was informed of just over a month ago.'...luck came to those who left a space for it.' Terry Pratchett0
