How long to wait?

I won a competition about 10 days ago, got the message through asking for my address, but haven't receive anything, how long would you leave it to send a gentle email saying you haven't received it?

Thank you

Generally at least 28 working days is considered reasonable I think.

Depends on the T&Cs of the particular competition - The CAP code says
if more than 30 days after the closing date, the date by which prizewinners will receive their prizes

I usually wait 28 days. Just this morning I sent a gentle nudge about a prize. The answer was oops, sorry, we forgot to send it. We'll do it today.

28 days unless it states otherwise. I'm just about to send a polite reminder to Fabulous Magazine about a prize I was informed of just over a month ago.
