Halifax name correction

Options
Hi everyone,
We finally had an offer accepted and a valuation go through with Halifax which was representative of the sale price... Our broker said that the mortgage offer will be with us shortly

I've just checked over the details that the broker sent though and noticed that my wife's second middle name is spelt incorrectly - an 'e' not an 'a' at the end.

I've emailed the broker to ask for this to be changed as wouldn't want any issues to arise further down the chain.

Does anyone know if this will cause an issue given we're so close receiving the mortgage offer? What is Halifax likely to do with this? So many horror stories to read online to get our nerves going!

They will check and correct the error. No problem.
