I have an interview next week for a position in their supermarket, but Ive been told by someone else there is a test you have to sit. Does anyone know if this is true and if so what type of test, ie IQ, personality etc. It would be nice to have some sort of idea before I go in.
TIA Kacy

It is good practice for employers to tell you prior to interview if you will be tested. Usually they will ask if you have any requirements/disabilities that will impact.
Maybe give them a call confirming your attendance and asking them to confirm what will happen on the day, ie interview, will there be a test, do I need to bring anything with me, that sort of thing.
I am sure they wouldn't mind, as its you being prepared!
Good Luck0
