Has anyone else had problems wrenching a prize from La Redoute?

I'm at the shaming on social media stage, contacting the ASA plus an email to their CEO's office...

After a month when I initially chased it up I discovered they had not yet passed on my delivery details to get it despatched.

It just sucks the fun out of winning something.

Made doubly annoying because I shop with them quite often.

No, but it did takes weeks a couple of years ago to stop getting two or three daily emails from them - I had to get people on here to advise me what to do as unsubscribing didn't work.

Yes. Years ago I won a voucher with them. For some crazy reason they wouldn't set me up an account and deposit the voucher into it so I could spend it online with them. I ended up having to email orders through one of their sales people which was utterly bizarre and like something out of the dark ages. They were not very forthcoming with solutions to the problem. I felt like a burden to them. Made me wonder why they bothered offering a voucher in a comp in the first place!
