Thanks FootyFanDan. And good luck to you too.
I cancelled Now TV yesterday. I'm now binge watching Chernobyl before my contract expires next Wednesday.
Next job today is look for bargain Father's day presents.
Thank you,
Chernobyl is sooooo good, in a weird kinda way! I have the last couple to catch up on.0 -
We went camping this weekend and managed a very low spend weekend. We danced in the rain and the kids collected items from the woods and made up stories about the items which brought lots of amusement. A cheap weekend away with friends full of giggles.
Got an expensive few weekends coming up. We've got a wedding reception and christening this weekend. I need to get to the Card Factory for reasonably priced cards. I also need to look up the etiquette on gifts from evening wedding guests.
I've blown my budget for this week so need a couple of no spend days before I release my spending funds to myself on Wedsnesday (I'm trying to stick to a weekly budget for extras i.e presents, socialising, etc otherwise I tend to spend it all in the first week and have nothing for the rest of the month). Unfortunately I haven't been able to add any savings to the debts but at least I'm not overspent as I normally would be by now.
Having said that I will go overspent by £1.10 as I need to get a sandwich for lunchtime (although I'm hoping I might find this in the bottom of my bag). Other than that no spending for me today.
Good luck for the week ahead all!Overdraft - £800 Hope to be debt free by 30/06/11
