Debt chase from latern

Hi new here, I've read advice on here a few times ive been chased recently for a debt of £403 to lantern. So I sent them a prove it letter to find out what and who i owed. They sent me confirmation of my debts which admittedly I do owe. Theres 3 in this case as i was a little stupid and took a few loans when I was on the sick from work. I know it's only £400 (which at the min I cant afford)
These dates i took put the loans are
Peachy 24/02/2012
Wage day advance 03/03/13
capital finance 26/08/2011

These dates are years ago I know surely the could be written off now? I dont know how the law works so any advice on my next steps will be greatly appreciated.
They have given me 5 days to reply to them.
