I have been purchasing FlexiPass tickets (10 singles) for my journeys between Glasgow and Edinburgh (2 or 3 times a week).

I did not travel for a few weeks recently and then discovered that despite having 7 tickets remaining, the FlexiPass had expired. It seems that FlexiPass tickets are only valid for 1 month.

On contacting ScotRail to see if the tickets could be either extended or refunded, I was told that they could not. It is in the T&Cs that tickets are valid for 1 month, are non-transferable, and no refund or extension is available.

So it seems I have had 3 journeys for the price of 10

Is anyone aware of any way to force/persuade ScotRail to extend or refund the cost? What are my rights?
