Just want scoop shops back. I live alone and sometimes I want to do a recipe with something I don't have and supermarkets only do in largeish packets, I don't bother buying as I know the product will go off. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. There is a lot Waitrose could do without needing to redesign the stores. For example, I bought a scotch egg from the deli counter and it came wrapped in a sheet of plastic film, and placed in a plastic bag. Morrisons would have used a paper bag.
I do welcome the ability to buy Ecover refills from Waitrose though. Nowhere near me stocks them.0
