- Features: Does it have more than just basic transactions, eg, budgeting and spending categories
- Usability: How easy is it to use? Can you do everything you want via the app?

Natwest have upgraded their app and now I can't access it any more because both my ipad mini and phone have not got the necessary ios. Really fed up as have to log in the long winded way. Wonder how many other people have been excluded because their gadgets are not the latest version! Don't feel like having to pay out for new techie gadgets.
