Yorkies

hello

can anone advise me as to why my yorkshires always come out like cricket balls, ( in shape I mean, not as heavy :D ), they taste great, but I like to pour gravey in mine and then eat then, but mine are so round you could roll them across the floor :D

Any advice greatly appreciated.

Im sorry but..:j ..im not on my own :D .. i never had a problem with making yorkies until i moved here and now mine too come out like a big fat eggs :rotfl: ... i have tried buying new flour..always plain... different eggs etc and the only other thing i can put mine down to is the blooming oven.. this one is gas but the jets are in the floor of the oven...never had one like it before  ..i make sure tha fat is smoking and everything..but i still get "eggs"...
mine taste fine too..and i now poke them with a wooden spoon handle when i put them out..well its the only way to get gravy "in"
