Hi I wonder if anyone out there can help me. I got myself into some financial difficulties last year after buying a house and was forced to see it by the mortgage company or face repossesion. I went to court and they gave me a month to sell it which i did. I then paid all areeras from my deposit but the also took £15,000 in early redemption charges. Is there any way i can claim any of this money back. When i speak to them they tell me each case is different but in my case they are not willing to give me any money back. I reitterate i paid all outstanding costs and late payment charges and had no option as they forced me to see. Please help
