Hi all, i'm not expecting to win a holiday (i've been trying for 12 years haha)
but I just wondered, those that have won do you have to send in proof of passport? Mine has now expired and I don't know if i should keep on entering.. or do I need to get all the family passports before entering.
We would never be able to afford a holiday abroad if it wasn't a win so none of us have passports at the moment but obv would get them if we won a holiday.
Thanks all x

I don't enter for holidays for this reason, a lot of the terms and conditions say that you need a valid passport, so I don't waste my time reading all of the terms and conditions anymore, I just don't enter for them.Thank you to everyone who posts competitions and good luck to everyone who enters.0

Two of the holidays that I've won required a scanned copy of the passport and the others required passport number, expiry date etc.
Think that was probably more to do with the PR companies doing all the bookings for me rather than making sure I had a valid passport.0 -

I was luckly enough to win a family holiday last year and our passports had expired. We only had to provide passport details to the holiday provider and not the promoter, they were happy waiting for the details until we received our new passports. It only took two weeks for our passports to come.0

I have just come back (yesterday) from a Canadian Rockies tour that I won in October last year with Cosmos and I didn't have a valid passport for the trip it ran out in February but they never asked to see it either. I also won a holiday to India last year with Kia motors and Sky sports and they never asked to see my passport either. So keep entering, you can always worry about getting your passport when you win your holiday.
Good luck xBest wins 2012 - £1500 Diamond ring; 2013 - £2000 Cash; 2014 - Bathroom makeover; 2015 - £1000 TAB win; 2016 - Michael Kors Watch; 2017 - 5* Trip to India; 2018 - 10 day Canadian Rockies adventure. 2019 - Garden Rattan setThanks to all who post comps :T

As most of the above,I have had several holiday wins. Ist one we did not have passports, but had them by the time we booked. The others just had to give passport details,so do not worry if(and when?!)you win a holiday abroad, you will be fine.0
