have you tried asking who built it? They might have built a few of them in different locations...

Unfortunately the SE6 ONE BEDROOM 40m2 Semi is joined to a TWO BEDROOM Semi of 52.6m2 and is in Lewisham Councils Tax Band D. So I cannot use that info for my Second Review request to VOA.

Many thanks to ######### for your Private Message earlier today about the One Bedroom Semi-detached house -- Number ~~ Cadet Drive SE1 5RU. Cannot presently check that this is a Band C, as VOA Website is down at the moment. But could be a strong possibility.

If anyone is reading this for the first time then would be grateful if you would look at my first post of 19th November 2007 above, before replying, which explains everything.

I only need another two positive sightings of ONE BEDROOM Semi-detached houses in Greater London Post Code area from anyone now reading this text.
