Remortgage Q

Hi All, New to the site and first post. :j
My Dad has 2 years left on his mortgage and is looking to remortgage soon.
1 Charge on the property for 15k, he has started repaying this.
Current Mortgage 350k, House Value £1,200,000.
He also has a commercial on a freehold no Mortgage.
What would be the best root to take for him. Age 62.
Thanks All :money:

Seems to have left matters rather late. Did he ignore the warning letters?
What are his future plans?0 -
Yes. He is planning to have paid it off by end of the year.
That leaves him around 18 months until his current mortgage deal expires.0
