Two vehicles and bankruptcy

Hi so I run a little business from home so self employed,
Started off as hobby due to disability but as selling registered as self employed, now turned into a business more than a hobby.
So question is as I already have car on motability for my own personal use, would I be allowed to by a second car under £1000 to use for business use plus wife been able to use too.

I don't know the answer for sure, but to go bankrupt is to become insolvent. To become insolvent means you are unable to pay your debts. If you're unable to pay your debts, how can you afford to buy another car.
I'm sure that's the question that the OR would be asking himself.0 -
Who would be the owner of both vehicles? You are normally only permitted one vehicle (if you can prove it is necessary), and I am aware of cases where a second vehicle has been sold by the OR.0
