Mortgage Offer Date Not Long Enough - Nationwide

I am in the process of buying a property and have had an application accepted for a mortgage by Nationwide. In my offer letter it states that the offer is valid for six months. Unfortunately it has now arisen that this offer will run out before I can complete the purchase. It runs out in March and I will need to complete in April. Can anyone tell me if they will let me extend it? Also will I have to pay the mortgage set up fee again?
Many thanks

Is it a new build property? Nationwide are exceptionally flexible on new builds and I have seen clients complete 2 or more years later on a new build on the original rate and product.
Even if it's not new build you should still be ok with a short extension.0 -
contact your lender they may re issue for another 6 months or they may want to have the property revalued for lending purposes.0
