  • Morning all. Bit of a high spend weekend (mainly thanks to the cost of fuel), so I'm hoping for a NSD today.

Sunday was a NSD, but sadly today it will be £109.06 just to insure DD's double bass as has to be via a specialist (= exhorbitant) company.

  • I spent £3.50 on a sausage muffin and a coffee at Eat this morning, but it was a mystery shop, so will get money back. Intend to put it into joint account rather than my purse though, so technically I have spent it.

    That's all for today hopefully.

  • Will buy a cheapo tin of soup for lunch and an apple and that'll be it for the day. Am flying off for an inexpensive week's holiday with my OH in Barcelona. A friend part owns an apartment out there and with flights a week's rental cost us £100 each. Don't you love friends who have the forethought to buy property abroad so that you can have cheap hols. Have a great week everyone.
  • NSD today and 20p yesterday.
