Mortgage broker

I would like to remortgage to help my daughter to buy her first property. We have a property worth > £1 million and a mortgage of £13k. Our current provider isn’t interested though, perhaps because I am nearly 55.
Would a mortgage broker be a good route? There seem to be some 5 year deals available at 2% or so. Is interest only a possibility?
If so can anyone recommend a good broker?

Interest only is a bit tricky in the current climate, but depending on how much you want and whether you have a way of clearing the debt at the end of the deal, it should be achievable.
