Books on developing good basic financial habits (esp spending & saving)?

I've been doing some googling on this, but all I can find are articles on '5 basic money saving tips', and most of the books seem to be about how to find deals and what to do with your money once you have saved it.
What I'm looking for is some straight-forward, practical books on how to develop good, sustainable habits in day to day spending. Things like how to design a budget to include some small luxuries that you can afford, but without going overboard, and how to stick to it on a day to day basis. Ideally it would be great if it could also touch on some of the psychological ramifications of going from a life of being able to afford pretty much whatever you want (within reason) to having to think about how much you really want that £4 coffee or £50 shirt, and how to deal with them (and again, a focus on more practical ways which are usable on a day to day basis would be great).
Does anyone have any recommendations, please?

I guess Dave Ramsey covers everything, its set to a US market but applicable to the UK or anywhere.
If you have a spare 45mins maybe watch the baby steps conference on you tube.0 -
"Rich Dad, Poor Dad" was my bible for financial habit forming. The comments I post are my personal opinion. While I try to check everything is correct before posting, I can and do make mistakes, so always try to check official information sources before relying on my posts.0

I got these on Audible:
Transforming Debt into Wealth (my favourite out of the lot)

The Money Diet- MARTIN LEWIS

Richest Man in Babylon is a good read, written in 1926 but the lessons stay the same.0

Personally I always enjoyed Alvin Halls books (was MSE as I borrowed them from the library)Find out who you are and do that on purpose (thanks to Owain Wyn Jones quoting Dolly Parton)0

I can recommend both "The Money Plan" by Warren Shute and also the "Meaningful Money Handbook" by Pete Matthew.0
