A bottle of chilled champagne will await our winner and guest in their suite at this wisteria-clad 18th-century country house hotel. You’ll enjoy dinner each evening in the hotel’s two AA-rosette restaurant, including a six-course tasting menu on the first evening devised by chef-patron Richie Herkes, with wine pairings. The restaurant prides itself on its creative dishes using the finest North Devon produce.
