    First of all, are you aware you can go to age 75 on a HTB mortgage?

    If you do apply solely, your partner must be named as an occupant to the lender and to the HTB Agent and to the latter confirmation the partner owns no other property anywhere else in the world and the reason you are not buying jointly given.
