ok does BR gives you a fresh credit rating so you can start fresh with your finances?
  • No, BR completely destroys your credit rating for at least 6 years. Yes, you can 'start again' with your finances but your credit rating will be in tatters.

I don't wish to be rude, but have you actually read up on bankruptcy at all and what it entails?
You can't control everything in life....... your hair was put on your head to remind you of that :p

No. It makes your credit rating absolutely worthless for at least 6 years. Don't take this the wrong way, but I think you need to do a lot more reading & seeking of professional advice, otherwise the effects of being made BR are going to hit you harder than most. :(
  • Looking at previous posts from the OP I think they would be in trouble for one or two things, so before declaring BR you need to learn to play by the rules and do things properly.
If you go for BR they WILL find out EVERYTHING
The first time we said hello, was the first time we said goodbye. As the angels took your tiny hand and flew you to the sky-you forever left us breathless. RIP my beautiful granddaughter :(
