No, BR completely destroys your credit rating for at least 6 years. Yes, you can 'start again' with your finances but your credit rating will be in tatters.

No. It makes your credit rating absolutely worthless for at least 6 years. Don't take this the wrong way, but I think you need to do a lot more reading & seeking of professional advice, otherwise the effects of being made BR are going to hit you harder than most.ok does BR gives you a fresh credit rating so you can start fresh with your finances?

Looking at previous posts from the OP I think they would be in trouble for one or two things, so before declaring BR you need to learn to play by the rules and do things properly.
