Need questions answered help!!!!!!!!!!!

My daughter is going to be 4 in a few weeks and has started asking questions like why does it rain and where does water go in the sink when the plug is lifted and so on........ I can explain alot of what she asks but im worried the questions are going to get harder:rolleyes: I was wondering if anyone knows of a book for children that explains all of these random questions that may arise???

God help me when she ask's where a baby comes from lol!!!

There is a series of books called "I wonder why....". If you just type this into the Amazon website, it brings them all up. We have a few of them and it seems to satisfy answers, but of course, its just your luck that they will ask a question that is not in there! I find the best way is to answer simply (and honestly). My 5 year old asked me where babies come from and I just said "mummy's tummy". She was happy with that answer....sometimes you think you have to go into detail, but they really aren't bothered by that (most of the time!). I would say be honest though. Don't go making up lots of stories because they do remember and it would be confusing later on.
Those "I wonder why" books are fun though - I didn't know half the stuff...its so interesting.
    Good luck...
  • Remember you have the world's largest resource at your finger tips with the Internet - and (in true moneysaving mode) as you already seem to have internet access, any answers to questions you look for will (in effect) be free! Also you may find diagrams, pictures you can print or show your daughter to illustrate the answer.

As Cuffie says, be honest whenever possible - even if you have to say "I don't know but we can find out together!" Great excuse to spend time with your kids - they soon don't want anything to do with you lol.
