iFirst, don't be put off by the apparent lack of replies; you're mainly posting at weekends when the site is like a desert.
I'd log back onto the TPS website and leave another question about what is the difference between an uplift and an enhancement and whether it applies in your particular case.
Keep your teachers reg. no. handy and pen and paper for making notes.
I'd be checking the main teaching papers website and have a chat with your union rep.
