Which Mortgage LTV 21%

Hi All,
After some significant financial assistance from our family we are mortgage free and want to take out a 100k mortgage on a 480k property (LTV 21%) so wondered if you could suggest what you think are the good deals on the market at present, as we are about to apply.
Obviously we are acutely aware that the onus is on us to do the research ourselves and we will do exactly that, but being conscious there are some financial wizards on this forum, we thought we could ask opinions. Thank you in advance for any guidance you can give us, it is much appreciated :hello:

The brokers on here can not answer that question, and in all honesty, even if we could - why would we?
Products change on a daily basis, I have had 2 emails today to say products are being pulled/replaced this evening and about 4 this week. The best today may not be tomorrow.
You would be just as well jumping on the price comparison sites (assuming you do not plan on using a broker) as that is all anyone else will end up doing.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. Don't assume anyone posting on here is some kind of 'Wizard'.
For every sensible post you can find the ramblings of a lunatic.
