Decision in Principle - Soft Credit Check

Hi
Does anyone know any other banks that do a soft credit check when doing a decision in principle.
I have a decision in principle with Santander but wondered which other banks we can look at getting a DIP with without a hard search being done that could effect our credit rating.
Thanks in advance.

Why do you need another DIP If you’ve already got one with Santander?
Santander are one of the more generous lenders when it comes to affordability.
Check lender affordability calculators or see a broker if you want to check if you fit with another lender. DIPS aren’t necessary unless you have something specific (like historic credit issues).I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. Soft or not, don’t run credit searches for no sensible reason.
You should know which lender and product you are using and simply go with it.
If you cannot work out the right direction use a Broker.I am a Mortgage Broker
