Remortgage - AIP

Hi all,
I am applying for a remortgage with Nationwide via a broker. On Friday my application was submitted for the AIP. Over the weekend I checked my credit file and the search was done with my wrong date of birth. The day and month are correct, but the year is 3 years out.
I spoke to my broker today and they said it won’t make any difference and just to wait for Nationwide’s decision.
My question is will this error have an impact on my application? I know the broker said it won’t but I’ve a few slight issues with them getting information correct so far!
Thanks in advance

Yes, it will make a difference but not necessarily one that changes the result. The Broker should ask Nationwide to correct the date of birth and the credit score will be updated.I am a Mortgage Broker
