Help to Buy but own flat abroad

Hi,
I'm i eligible for the Help to Buy scheme if i already own a flat to another country?
I do not have any income from the flat, nor my accounts in UK are linked by any means to this flat.
I do not care so much about the "bonus money" as for the "share to buy" process itself.
