Not going on to SVR / changing product

Hi everyone,

What happens when your mortgage deal is up and you are due to go on to the banks SVR?

I will contact Natwest 12 weeks before my product goes on to the SVR but what rate will Natwest offer me?

Nothing on their website shows rates for current customers, only new one buyers and customers remortgaging from a different lender.

    Cheers, Thrugelmir.
I had already logged in but my renewal isn't yet and I can't change products till the end of July.

Just wondering what the usual is, when other customers come to the end of their deal.

I don’t know how it works direct but as Brokers we could give you your options 12 weeks out and you could secure a rate to start the day your current rate ends.

It’s nearly the end of May, I would imagine they’ll offer you rates within the next week or so when you log in.

If not, I’d give them a call and ask when you’ll be able to do an online rate switch.
