My husband has been working full time for Tesco for over a year now.
He started in September 2006.
Does anyone know if he is entitled to any extra holiday. This year he got 20 days. We are not even sure when the holiday year runs from.

Hi
The holiday year for Tesco runs from April - April.
He will probably have to wait until April to get the full entitlement (22 days iirc + float day).
All the best

he should be entitled to a float day this year, and last year infact.
however department depending will be whether he gets to choose it himself or if it is allocated to him.
yes holiday year is that of the tax year
I can not remember off hand the break down of holidays, but it is 4 and a half weeks
hence. you work 2 days per week. you get 9 days holiday
then there is float day on top of this.
There will also be customary holidays (however this may work out that he owes tesco hours) or they may owe him
I shall not be online again until next Friday
if you have any issues you need checked out for sure, PM me and ill see wht i can do0 -
