This does not sound like fun. So from your comments was the whole scheme transferred to L&G or was that a personal transfer? It sounds like the former. I wonder if the help desk at L&G cannot find you as its under the Natwest scheme name? Did you get sent anything in writing about the transfer? Perhaps you can ask Towers Watson for a copy of whatever was sent in respect of the transfer so you can track it down?
I am not saying you do not have a complaint the issue is working out who with.0 -
