How to deal with buyers remorse after buying glasses

I regret getting £200 glasses from vision express after rubbing or that I found have gotten it for £70 online.
I am experiencing severe buyers remorse because of this and I was wondering if you could give me advice on how to deal with this.
The unfortunate fact is that I would have to look online to realise that glasses are cheaper online.
Next time I plan to purchase something I will always check online to see if I can get a cheaper deal there, whether it may be looking on my supermarket or MSE.
I looked in two shops for those glasses and I thought I had a good idea of what the competition was like. I was wrong about that.
I also bought £25 glasses because I thought they were cheap. I was wrong about that as well.
