6 months in, letter from OR

Hi,
I was declared bankrupt in November 2018. I originally signed an NT IPA, and another IPA with a £250 surplus. Not long after signing, circumstances changed and my IPA was set to £0 as no surplus, on the condition that I still have to inform them if income changed within the 36 month agreement period.
I received a letter in April saying I finished the NT IPA, and all payments were complete and there would be no more communication.
Yesterday I received another one, apologising for the letter I had in April, and there was a typing error, and the OR has requested me to fill out an Income Payment Order Questionnaire in July 2019.
Instatly brought back the dread and worry that I had before filing the bankruptcy as everything has been level since and I something even forget I am bankrupt.
I've searched this forum about IPOQs and can only find old posts, where people have been put forward for early discharge, which I believe is no longer 'a thing'..
Anybody else experienced this? Am I right in thinking they're just going to review my income and expenditure? My income is even less than when I last spoke to them as I've had to have an operation and my health problems are still ongoing and need more operations in the upcoming months.
Any info will be hugely appreciated as always
and sorry for the long read.

Yes, that's all it is. I would proactively contact them to inform them of the long period of being on sick. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

I had the exact same anxiety, I had a OR change in Jan 2019 (My IPA doesn't end until Nov 2020) and I can tell you the stress when I changed my job was just overwhelming, give a call to your OR if you feel like it to ease things off if he questions your SOA.
Be honest and real. Good luck.0
