Remortgage Help to Buy

I’m looking to remortgage in order to debt consolidate. I have plenty of equity in the house and I will be significantly better off each month by doing this. I have run into a problem though, HTB will not allow me to remortgage and take out any equity unless I pay the HTB first. Even with what I would like to do, I’m still left with 63% LTV, so not even close to the 80%. Can anyone help?

the HTB rules are rules
Your options would be to include redeeming the Help to Buy as part of the remortgage (taking you to 83% LTV?) or don't remortgage0
