Sorry, but you have not provided any information whatsoever, so nobody can offer any advice.
I would suggest you provide some basic info, as follows:
1. Mtge amount.
2. Property Value and type. (LTV%).
3. Income.
4. Debt status - CCJ's, defaults etc.
5. Term of mtge.
6. Fixed, tracker etc.In case you hadn't already worked it out - the entire global financial system is predicated on the assumption that you're an idiot:cool:0
