Strong white bread flour

It's the only flour I have left at the moment ... can I use it, instead of plain flour, for making shortbread? Or will it be too heavy?

sorry no idea about short bread i googled and it did say you can make sponges and cakes from it, i did make yorkshire puddings out of it the other week and they turned out greatIT'S ALL ABOUT ME!!!:j:money:0
