BrooklandsRadioDigitalRadioCompetitionTermsandConditions 1.ThepromoterisBrooklandsRadioCommunityInterestCompany(CIC)whoseregisteredofficeisat ChurchStreet,2ndFloor,LibraryBuilding,Weybridge,KT138DX. 2.ThecompetitionisopentoresidentsoftheUnitedKingdomaged18yearsoroverexcept employeesofBrooklandsRadioCICandtheircloserelativesandanyoneotherwiseconnectedwith theorganisationorjudgingofthecompetition. 3.Thereisnoentryfeeandnopurchasenecessarytoenterthiscompetition. 4.Byenteringthiscompetition,anentrantisindicatinghis/heragreementtobeboundbythese termsandconditions. 5.Routetoentryforthecompetitionisviaemailtostudio@brooklandsradio.co.uk 6.Onlyoneentrywillbeacceptedperperson.Multipleentriesfromthesamepersonwillbe disqualified. 7.Closingdateforentrywillbeoneachdayofthecompetitionat5.30pmfrom28thMayto1stJune 2019.Afterthisdatenofurtherentriestothecompetitionwillbepermitted. 8.Noresponsibilitycanbeacceptedforentriesnotreceivedforwhateverreason. 9.Thepromoterreservestherighttocanceloramendthecompetitionandthesetermsand conditionswithoutnoticeintheeventofacatastrophe,war,civilormilitarydisturbance,actofGod oranyactualoranticipatedbreachofanyapplicablelaworregulationoranyothereventoutsideof thepromoter’scontrol.Anychangestothecompetitionwillbenotifiedtoentrantsassoonas possiblebythepromoter. 10.Thepromoterisnotresponsibleforinaccurateprizedetailssuppliedtoanyentrantbyanythird partyconnectedwiththiscompetition. 11.Theprizeisasfollows: Thewinnerwillwinadigitalradioofthechoosingbythepromotor.Therewillbeawinnerchosen eachdaysacrossafivedayperiod.Atotaloffivedigitalradioscanbewon,oneeachdayofthefive dayperiod. Wereservetherighttosubstituteanyprizewithanotherofequivalentvaluewithoutgivingnotice. TheprizewillbesenttothewinneraslongasitisinmainlandUK. 12.WinnerswillbechosenatrandombyBrooklandsRadioCIC. 13.Thewinnerwillbenotifiedbyemailand/orbyphonewithin28daysoftheclosingdate.Ifthe winnercannotbecontactedordonotclaimtheprizewithin14daysofnotification,wereservethe righttowithdrawtheprizefromthewinnerandpickareplacementwinner. 14.Thepromoterwillnotifythewinnerwhenandwheretheprizecanbecollected/isdelivered. 15.Thepromoter’sdecisioninrespectofallmatterstodowiththecompetitionwillbefinalandno correspondencewillbeenteredinto. 16.ThecompetitionandthesetermsandconditionswillbegovernedbyEnglishlawandany disputeswillbesubjecttotheexclusivejurisdictionofthecourtsofEngland.
