Clearing your Credit File - Discussion

Hi all,
I want to clear my credit file as 2 companies still have me as "default" on the Noodle credit report. I've submitted an evidence to both of those 2 months ago with no results.
I've contacted one of the Lenders today and got a response:
"Thank you for your email. I am sorry this is still showing as defaulted on your credit file. I have spoken to our recoveries team who have looked into this for you, and they have now marked the loan as partially settled, and this should be seen as updated on your credit file in the next 30 days.
Sorry for any inconvenience caused, and if your have any further queries, please do not hesitate to contact us."
Have you guys had problems with clearing your credit file after bankruptcy? Is it depended on the organisation or the time when you took out the loan?

Partially settled is fine - not all companies will mark it as settled. It's better than default. What's the problem?0

The time it takes for those companies to inform Credit agencies of your circumstances.
I have filed for BR with 8 different lenders on my list and 6 of them have settled just as my BR was filed. While the other 2 companies I contact regularly are taking their time in doing so.
Isn't there a FCA regulations which indicates how quickly lenders should inform Credit Agencies of your BR?0
