Hi all
If you go into the AMC cinema in the Great Northern, Deansgate/Peter St, Manchester, they have a free magazine called, I believe 'Scene It'. Well on the 3rd or 4th page in, there is a voucher for 2-4-1 at the very same cinema!
The only restriction seems to be that it expires 31/12/2007, I didn't think you could use it at peak times, but used mine at 7.30pm on friday night! Happy days!
The mags are stocked on the stands near the ticket booth, and also at the customer information desk on the mezzanine area (opposite the popcorn counter). Of course to get to the customer information desk, you have to show you have a ticket but if you are going anyway, you can get another magazine for you or for your mates. Like I say, there are mags out by the ticket kiosk anyway so don't have to pay to get that far, and I asked a ticket seller and he got me one from under his counter
:-)
PS standard peak time adult fare is £5.75, so a nice saving! (not sure if you can pay for one adult and get one child free, but i don't see why not- you could always ring em to find out)
