New Mortgage Application - Accord Mortgage

hello all

So, I am new here, and need some hand holding. I have sold my house, and looking to buy a new house using the Help to Buy Scheme.

Accord hav approved my application in principal, and I have my full application going in this week.

I am discharging a lot of debt from my equity and whilst I have an overdraft and a small credit card, I have a great credit score - 999 from Experian and over 600 from creditscore

I know that this is just the beginning, but what is the likelihood of this not going through? I am as nervous as anything and my stress levels are high!!!!!!

Its difficult to reassure you without knowing everything about your case, and your mortgage adviser should be the one to do that

    BUT

I can tell you that the debts should not pose a problem, whether there are other elements of your case that are challenging I don't know, so maybe speak to your adviser and ask them directly is there anything exceptional or unusual about your case that could trip things up
