Hi cromwell... I vaguely knew someone this hapened to. But cant remember all the details, I do know they received a letter fromt he trustee saying can we have the money back. She wrote back and said the money was ll gone on XYZ and that she was on a low income and could not afford to borrow the money to repay it. I also think she basically said sod off.

If I remember rightly the trustee didnt really make much noise (to her anyway) about the matter. If you aint got it they cant have it.

Going for advise soon have read around subject and I have heard the Trustee can make me bankrupt....... perhaps i should not be speaking to HPBench to?:eek:
