Hi cromwell... I vaguely knew someone this hapened to. But cant remember all the details, I do know they received a letter fromt he trustee saying can we have the money back. She wrote back and said the money was ll gone on XYZ and that she was on a low income and could not afford to borrow the money to repay it. I also think she basically said sod off.
If I remember rightly the trustee didnt really make much noise (to her anyway) about the matter. If you aint got it they cant have it.0 -
