My IP's solicitor has just told me that even if I get the debt below £5K then they are expecting me to agree and discharge the petitioning creditors costs incurred during the proceedings?!!

They also want documented evidence of the agreements with creditors that I have made for repayments. Some have told me that it's informal and so won't provide me with any evidence.

This is getting harder by the day..
