HSBC Manual Referral

My application has several manual referral entries in the what you've done so far section on the application tracker.
I looked through my application and they have changed some of the information I submitted.
They have upped my annual income for one job by £15k
They have stated that I am an owner of my current property
They have said they I was previously known by a different name
They have said that I have lived at my current address for 0 years and 0 months even though I have been here for 9 months which can be verified by the electoral roll.
They have removed 3 credit accounts that I declared on the application.
My previous mortgage was with HSBC last year and I sold the property and moved into rented as I couldn't find the right house and was relocating.
The income they have amended was my previous income and obviously I did own my home previously.
I don't know why it says I have been known by a different name as this is not and never has been the case.
They have listed me at my previous address for 5 years and 9 months when it was 5 years and the 9 months at the new address.
Do HSBC use previous information they hold in relation to new applications? I tried calling the contact centre but couldn't get much sense from the guy I spoke to.
Anyone experienced similar?
Thanks
