Title deeds don't match title plans

Hello,
I am selling my house and the buyers solicitor have raised an issue that there are two areas mentioned in my title deeds that don't appear to be coloured on the title plans. My solicitor has referred to the Land Register of Scotland and said I should hear shortly. She doesn't seem too worried but I am concerned that the house sale falls through as a result.
Has anyone had any similar experience? I'm in Scotland.
Thanks

Well how significant are these two areas? Where/what are they? In what context are they mentioned?Mariaballesteros wrote: »Hello,

She didn't give me any specifics in the email. I'm expecting a call back tomorrow with the details.0

Not that uncommon. Land Register will in all probability sort it, your sale isn't going to fall through.0
