Been offered the chance to take part in a SBWA for Care Work, i am told it will last 6 weeks full time and give a Guaranteed Interview at the end but no Guaranteed Job.
I don't have any experience of this sort of work but despite having only Admin Experience i do regularly apply for toilet cleaning and refuse collecting as i like to apply across the board.
I have only been offered training for a job after passing the Interview in past roles and so i'm struggling to get my head around 6 weeks of training with an Interview at the end.
Does anybody know about this sort of thing i don't know if to accept because i get on average of an Interview every week as a result of my daytime intense Job Search and having to do this will stop my momentum unless that one Interview after the six weeks leads to success.:o

Has this chance been given to you by the job centre? If so you don't have much choice.0 -

Its one of those things where it gives you the chance to undertake some training and potentially achieve some qualifications which would also enhance your CV and the guaranteed interview is just that, but its down to you from there to impress at the interview.
I would say if you have a genuine interest in that work than you have nothing to lose but if you don't than just be honest and say you have no interest in that area of work.0 -

Well that's good your choice then. It might be a good opportunity to get more on your CV and see if it's the type of job you could do, widen your options.0
