If you in an fort to transfer a pot of over £30k have commissioned a transfer analysis and the advice received is against transfer can you still go ahead with the transfer?
Leaving aside the inherent risks associated with the analysis will any pension provider accept transfer on the basis that you’ve commissioned advice and still wish to proceed?

You can still go ahead but many pension providers will not accept the transfer but I understand a small number will accept. The rules have tightened recently so this may have frightened off even some of these.
You will have to go through each providers rules to find out.0
