Halifax mortgage

Hello, we have a mortgage broker helping us get our mortgage. We submitted our application yesterday. I received this email yesterday today from our mortgage broker and wanted your opinions on what it means!!
"Your case has been submitted and I have carried out the initial case checks. Your case is agreed subject to a valuation which we are hoping will take place today. Assuming we have no issues I am hoping Halifax will agree your case by the end of the week.
I will work towards getting your mortgage offer issued as soon as possible and will be in touch if I require anything further"
---
What stage would you say we are at?

We are at the same stage and my mortgage advisor said it was pretty much there.
They just needed to carry out our valuation (happened yesterday!) and hopefully should receive full offer by Friday.
Fingers crossed for you.0 -
Oh wow!! very exciting!! so do you think it means we have the mortgage and just waiting on the valuation ?0
